However, he may not be aware that the district hospital has only one doctor and the Medical Officer of Health. So, what is the general ideal capacity for a district hospital, in terms of personnel, including doctors, clinical officers and nurses? Looking at it that way, what is the shortage that our district hospital is suffering?"
