    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of shortage of personnel in public medical facilities is widespread. If I recall correctly, for the last three years, the Ministry has been telling us that this problem would be solved. In my constituency, for instance, the shortage of medical personnel is acute. When will the Ministry deploy enough staff to our health institutions? We know that there are people who have undergone training and are waiting to be employed. It has become the habit of this Government to tell us to wait. When are we going to have personnel deployed to our medical facilities?"
