    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have severally answered the question of shortage of medical staff in the country. As a Ministry, we agree that there is shortage of staff. However, we have started employing. This year alone, we have so far employed 3,800 health workers. Before the end of the year, we will employ additional 1,300 health workers. May I remind my friend that NEPAD has rated the Ministry of Health as one of the best Ministries in the country. So, I believe that we are going through good times."
