    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, what we do with the newly registered schools is that we ask them to forward the curriculum based establishment to the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). After they do that, then we give them teachers on the basis of the number of teachers available and the number of students registered. We are making progress with this. Not all schools have enough teachers, but we are making every effort to post teachers to the newly established schools on the basis of the number of students that are registered."
