About five group ranches can apply to the Minister for fees waiver and their cases can be considered. However, waiving fees for more than 30 group ranches will lead to a great loss in revenue for this country. So, his case can be considered but we cannot waive fees for more than five group ranches. He is at liberty to apply for a waiver and we will sit down and consider his case."
