    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a sector that is being threatened by not only the poor labour relations but also by mechanisation, or use of machines to pick coffee and tea. Unless these issues are addressed these workers will not get representation. My understanding is that the Assistant Minister seems to be reading from the employer's script and not from where the employees' stand. Does he have the capacity to attend to workers' cases in all individual companies, especially coffee and tea companies? Does he have a shortage of officers, so that problems of employees are not being addressed? Is there a lack of capacity by the Assistant Minister?"
