This is an issue that needs to be addressed to find out why we have this amorphous 5.8 per cent growth whereas in reality when you go to the rural areas where growth is supposed to start from, it is not happening. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the issue of financial institutions is something that we need to address. The big banks are pulling out of the rural areas."
