    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, what plans does the Ministry have to address this perennial problem? We have schools that have been evicted by persons allocated land illegally or legally. We even have a case of Kipsombe Primary School in my constituency where we have put close to Kshs1.5 million from the CDF. This problem is rampant across the country. What plans does the Ministry have to secure schools from all manner of allocations and therefore causing schools to be closed by persons who have been allocated land by whatever means?"
