Is that part of the job of the Government spokesperson? If this is part of his job, how much did he use to print those leaflets? The use of money for this work can easily be termed as corruption. Why should the Government not use such money to pay university lecturers instead of creating offices that have no definite roles? Who appointed the Government spokesman and what are his terms and conditions of service?"
