    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we will continue to look for additional resources to support tertiary education as well. We are already in collaboration with a number of donor organisations to support specific institutions. We are, indeed, making some progress and I believe that in the next one year or so, we shall be able to support students in technical institutions like we are doing with students in secondary schools. It is all about how much we have in terms of resources."
