    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not think there is any contradiction in the fact that we have seen an economic growth rate of 5.8 per cent, and there are not enough resources for everything that we want to do. It is not possible. So, already, resources have been made available for CDF, free primary education, bursary funds and so on. So, whatever money that we collect is never going to be enough for everything that we would like to do in this country. There is a limitation on how much we can do for the time being. So, when the situation improves, obviously we are going to address this issue alongside other matters."
