So, what is the point of creating this Fund if our youths are not able to access these funds easily? Unless the financial institutions consider availing very soft loans at very low interest rates and, perhaps, grants, to the youths, you might as well not have the Youth Enterprise Fund at all. I can see that, in his written reply, the Minister has used the word \"may\", which means he has not made up his mind. The question is: How soon is he going to come up with these funds and how soft are the loans going to be for the youth?"
