    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Parliament, constitutionally, is the top legislative and policy-making institution in the country, yet this House is being rendered ignorant on such important national matters as Vision 2030. Mr. Speaker, Sir, we learned through the Media that Vision 2030 was launched by the Government a week or so ago. Could the Leader of Government Business undertake to lay on the Table Vision 2030 in this House so that hon. Members can not only understand and educate their constituents, but at the same time also make an input into the vision for this country for the next 30 years?"
