I think in this particular case of the Turkana incident, I really want the Minister to be specific about the bombing of Kenyans on the Kenya/Uganda border. He should tell us in his Statement, how many people have died. What caused the Ugandan Army or UPDF to drop bombs across the border and kill our people? What has the Government done about it, both diplomatically and militarily to stop the incidents from continuing? Those are the details that should be added to this Statement."
