    "content": "lause 27 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “and notwithstanding any other provision of this Act” immediately after the word “doubt”. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we are making that amendment because of the earlier amendment in Section 5. This is because we were trying to save the Commission that was already in place because we had proposed that it be a part-time commission. Therefore, we were saying they already have contracts with the Commission, we want to save that situation until the next Commission. That was the intention."
