    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, many years ago the Kenyan Government sunk about Kshs1 billion into the development of the Bura Irrigation Scheme. When I was the Chairman of the Public Investments Committee in mid-1990s this project was dead, except for the infrastructure. This is a very important Question. Could the Assistant Minister inform the hon. Member, and this House, what steps the Government has taken to revive the Bura Irrigation Scheme and how that dove-tails to the food security strategy in Bura Constituency?"
