    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the last time I asked a Question about this road was in the year 2004. The Minister, however, gave me the same answer. Kangundo is older than Nairobi. The road network in Kangundo is, therefore, something the Government should look into. Why is it that the Government is tarmacking other roads in areas that do not produce any cash crops? Kangundo grows cash crops like coffee. why can the Government not prioritise the construction of roads in this area?"
