    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the two hon. Members come from Ukambani area. The question I asked is: Why are they complaining just because 17.1 kilometres are not tarmacked? I also asked to be told, categorically, whether the roads that we are tarmacking, or rehabilitating, at a cost of about Kshs1.1 billion do not deserve to be worked on. Is the only section that should be considered the 17.1 kilometres of road? If they can answer that question categorically, then I will go and look into the issue they are raising."
