    "content": "On a point order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. There may have been a leakage in 2001, but in 1981, I was not the Minister for Education. I was Minister for Transport and Communications. The point is that you cannot explain a current leakage by referring to past leakage. You cannot say that since there was a leakage 10 years ago, there is justification for a leakage now. This Assistant Minister should resign for condoning and covering up examination leakage!"
