Over the last two terms, head teachers, especially of primary schools, have said that they have not received the money. Therefore, they are at a loss to get money to support certain programmes in the schools. Could the Assistant Minister explain to us what has caused the delay in disbursing money to primary schools through the FPE Programme, which is equivalent to what she is talking about?"
