    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do not have such a fund. We have different funds in the Ministry which support different programmes. I think the question now is not about the infrastructure development. The question I was answering is about the money we had set aside for infrastructure. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for tuition purposes, through the FPE Programme, we have already disbursed the money to the schools. However, if there is an individual school which has not yet received money because of a certain hitch, the District Education Officer (DEO) should let us know about it immediately, so that we can check as to where the bottleneck is. However, the money has by and large, been disbursed."
