    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, food security is a general subject and we can discuss it from now until the closure of business of the House today. However, I am quite surprised by the hon. Member who has asked what a motorbike has to do with food security. To me, that exposes that, maybe, she has not been to the people to see the efforts the Ministry and the Government is making to ensure that there is food security. Food security, as the hon. Member knows, is not about physical food. Food security is about enabling the citizens of this country either to have the physical food from their farms to eat, or to have money in their pockets to buy food. These are the efforts that the Government has made. The important thing is to appreciate whether or not any effort is being made---"
