    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, whenever the Government comes to Coast Province and makes promises about tarmacking of roads, it should take into consideration that it is not the first one to do so. The previous governments have also made promises about the tarmacking of Mariakani-Kilifi and Voi-Taveta roads. These are empty promises. Could the Assistant Minister confirm which roads they have budgeted for and are willing to do them? The Northern Corridor Road which is being done at Maji ya Chumvi is not being done using Government funds. This road is being done using Nordic funds."
