    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Many Kenyans are infected with HIV/AIDS. In order for them to live longer, ARVs are important. They need to be counselled properly before they take ARVs. This is what is lacking in many places. Mr. Speaker, Sir, what is the Government doing to train officers to counsel such patients? I know that many medical personnel are very hostile to patients who suffer from HIV/AIDS."
