    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not agree with the last statement the hon. Member has made; that, medical personnel are hostile to HIV/AIDS patients. In fact, most of our medical personnel are extremely sympathetic. In this country, HIV/AIDS is taken as any other disease right now. May I also add that we have done very well as a Ministry. This is because we currently have about 90,000 patients who are on ARVs. Our target this year is to provide ARVs to 140,000 patients. We are optimistic that we will reach the target by the end of the year."
