    "content": "To answer the supplementary question, I am aware of the fact that there is no Lands Officer and Lands Registrar in Marakwet District. Because we have employed new land registrars, I will be more than delighted to ensure that there is a Lands Registrar and Lands Officer in that district so that people can be served well. We are in the process of making sure that those officers report to their requisite districts. On the demarcations that are on-going, I have instructed that they be completed forthwith. The ones that we have itemised will also be considered when funds are available."
