    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is common knowledge that the ICDC, CDC and IDB in majority of parastatals where they own less than one per cent or an amount less than Kshs1 million are appointed to be members of the board. They end up earning millions of shillings which are by far more than they shares that they own. Could the Assistant Minister confirm or deny whether they are still directors in other companies or parastatals in the Ministry of Agriculture?"
