    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Minister for the answer, I would like to ask him to tell the House whether the Ministry has any plans whatsoever to assist the small-scale farmers to restock, because as a result of the collapse of the cattle dips, a lot of the small-scale farmers lost their animals.
