    "content": "I introduced this new sub-clause because the reporting mechanism for the deletion of names of dead people from the register had not been made explicit as to how the Commission can go about it. When it comes to deletion of names of dead people from the register, the Commission would say that it got a whistle blower that hon. Ethuro is dead. When you come to the ballot, you find out that your name has been deleted because purportedly someone gave the Commission the wrong information."
