Reforms initiated in the water sector were intended to improve the supply of clean water to the people. This has not been the case, because the pipes in Bungoma will hardly have water for five minutes in one day. When such a company fails to ensure that people get water, just as Nzoia Water Company has failed, what action does the Ministry take to ensure that the situation is reversed?"
