    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended by inserting the words “a valid voter’s card issued to the person in respect of that registration and” after the words “and who produces”. This is to require voters to register but on this matter, the Committee is flexible because we are fairly in the middle. So, if there are any other proposals, I have an open mind."
