    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is a very sad answer because, in the first place, the DRC does not have the capacity to provide bailey bridges. Even in the entire province, we have only one engineer at the provincial headquarters. This issue is based at the Ministry headquarters and that is where we have the bridges unit. Does this not condemn the pupils from those areas from doing their national exams? Could the Assistant Minister look for an alternative to this problem so as to help the pupils sit for their national exams this year?"
