    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry is very much sensitive to the request that has been made by the hon. Member. However, I would like to remind him that the Ministry of Lands is not the only one that has powers to give the waiver to those farmers. It is a collective decision which involves the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Agriculture. I want to undertake to see to it that these people are assisted by way of waiver. We will do it as a Ministry, but it still depends on a collective decision. So, we will assist them."
