"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. However, I have two different answers here. One of the answers talks about 144 scholarships while the other talks about 308 scholarships. Be that as it may, on page 10 of the document, there is a gentleman by the name Michael ole Ntachu, whom we know to be a Personal Assistant to one of our colleagues in this House. When did Mr. ole Ntachu go to Brunnel for his Master of Arts degree? We know that he is still around and he is still a Personal Assistant to one of our colleagues. Is this not corruption? How did the Ministry give out that money for somebody who is still in this country?"
