    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. People vacated Funan Qumbi, Rawana, El-ebol and Ele-Dinitu more than one year ago due to persistent attacks from the neighbouring district. Up to now, people have not returned to their homes because no security arrangements have been made to guarantee them safety. Those blocks were stolen because they were not guarded. I would like the Assistant Minister to make those areas secure so that those people can go back to their homes, graze their livestock and develop those areas."
