    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the boda boda industry is a major employer of young people who have left school. However, bicycles are not the safest mode of transport especially for women. I have found many women who have fallen by the wayside and they have actually been hurt. Could the Minister tell us whether he can facilitate upgrading of the bicycle mode of boda boda and allow the importation of motorcycles duty free so that all these young people who are employed as boda boda riders can benefit from that?"
