I wonder why the Assistant Minister has denied on the Floor of the House that this time round, they will only do it when the need arises. I can table documents from his office to indicate how we have been receiving relief food on a monthly basis for the last three years. Could he confirm that there is something that has gone wrong in his Ministry and that is why they cannot give us food?"
