    "content": "THAT, Clause 14 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “three months” appearing after the words “under this Act at least” and substituting therefor the words “forty-five days”; (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “each political party” appearing after the words “days upon which” and substituting therefor the words “political parties”; and (c) by inserting the following new sub-clause- “(4) In nominating the candidates for an election under sub-section (1), a political party shall ensure that not more than two-thirds of its nominees are of the same gender”."
