    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is not a Question by Private Notice. Usually, these kind of Questions are sent to the Ministry long time ago. I think it is not fair for the Government to come here and tell us that they have unsatisfactory answers. They have had enough time to consult with their officers in the Ministries. This should not be happening."
