In this morning Session, we October 18, 2006 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2979 have had not less than five chits coming from Ministers giving reasons why they should not be here to answer Questions. This is causing a lot of delays on the list of Questions that are pending to be answered in this House. As much as you have ruled on this issue, can you, as Chair, give us direction on how we are going to proceed on this matter, if we are going to have Questions deferred on a daily basis, messing up the queue of Questions that are already pending in the Clerk's office?"
