My attention has just been drawn to the fact that Clause 41(9) of the Constitution of Kenya which deals with the ECK says that: \"In the exercise of its functions under this Constitution, the Commission shall not be subject to the direction of any other person or authority\". Therefore, you cannot question what the ECK has done in accordance with this Constitution. You may wish to follow other avenues but not through that."
