    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I hope that, this time round, when the Minister comes to reply to this Motion, he will address this issue. I listened to him very carefully and for 30 minutes, he never said a word about this issue, despite the fact that it is a matter of great national importance. I would like to request the Minister, when he eventually replies to this Motion, to address this issue squarely. He cannot run away from it, because it is there. A million kids are at home, they cannot access employment and yet we stand up and take pride in quality education. It cannot be quality education when those you are educating are going nowhere.
