    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Chairman of the Finance Committee is supposed to sit in the Tender Committee. However, I have a letter from the Chairman of the Finance Committee stating that he never attended the Tender Committee meeting and he was not aware of it. Secondly, the Assistant Minister has accepted that there were irregularities but he has not said whether he will stop them or not. Could I lay on the Table the letter of the Chairman of the Finance Committee to assist the Assistant Minister revoke that tender?"
