"content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I would like to say that there is a rule we passed in this House, so that we stop doublespeak in the Political Parties Act that not more than two-thirds of the National Executive Members of any political parties - and these are elective posts - should be of one gender. Therefore, we have already accepted that even in elections, we can put in place mechanisms to include the two genders. That is the same clause that is being included here. How the party will do its preparation to ensure that, that happens is up to that political party and it is easy. We all know what we do to ensure that not more than two-thirds of the national executive are men even if it becomes a point system where you give advance points for affirmative action. I want hon. Members to go back to the Constitution. Article 97(2) was read by Mr. Orengo---"
