    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. After successfully chairing the Committee, I would like to thank the Minister for a job well done in the Ministry. However, I would like to tell her that rural health centres need to be taken care of seriously. Secondly, the bird flu problem is real and the Ministry must live up to it. The last time it was reported in our neighbouring countries, we got away with it. This time round we must really be alert and ensure that, in case it breaks out, we are ready to deal with it, otherwise it can be very disastrous."
