    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I asked this Question because I had the privilege to know whether those cars had been allocated to the former President. I can assure the Assistant Minister that the former President has not received the cars that he is claiming to have been given to him. That is why we are asking whether the Assistant Minister has fulfilled the requirements of the Act because I can tell you clearly that the former President has not received those cars that he is entitled to. The state that the former President is living in is not as is required by the Act."
