Do you have some powers that can compel the Chairman of the Electoral Commission of Kenya (ECK) to allow for registration of voters next year? I happen to have had the letters addressing the issue that the Questioner is talking about, that Mr. Kivuitu is giving us only August to September, 2006, to register as voters, and there will be no other registration exercise next year."
