    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am amazed by the answer given by the Assistant Minister because my Question was actually why there has been a delay in releasing the Report. The history of Bombolulu fire tragedy will never get out of our minds because of the loss of 22 children who perished in this particular fire tragedy. In fact, the parents have, time and again, tried to pursue this matter by seeking legal advise and the only bottleneck was the fact that the Report has not been released. This is because where there are recommendations, there must be some findings. What are the findings of the Commission of Inquiry? How much was spent on this Commission of Inquiry?"
