    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I was very elaborate when I talked about the criteria which we use. The criteria is founded on the ground and not in the Ministry of Health Headquarters. For example, we consider the area in square kilometres. That is done on the ground. Secondly, the amount of money we gave to health centres and dispensaries in the last financial year was sent to every health facility. I would like to ask every hon. Member to keep an eye on how the funds are being utilised."
