    "content": " Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity to support this Motion. First of all, I would like to commend the Minister of State for Administration and National Security, Mr. Michuki, for his efforts in curbing insecurity in this country. We in Trans Nzoia District have seen that the level of insecurity has gone down. This has been because of the Minister's positive response to the needs and cries of people of Trans Nzoia District. We were losing close to four people per month to cattle rustlers, mostly from Uganda and West Pokot District. Mechanisms have been put in place to mop up small arms that are used by these people. We are appealing to the Government to enhance existing security measures, particularly in Trans Nzoia District and my own Kwanza Constituency."
